Will it really look like my dog?

We ask the AI to keep your dog's breed, ear shape, fur colour and every marking. If the first try isn't quite right, you can generate another version before you buy.

What's the mug like?

A glossy white ceramic 11 oz mug, printed with vivid dye-sublimation ink. Microwave and dishwasher safe.

How long does it take?

Each mug is made to order. Most arrive within about 5–9 business days in the US. You'll get a shipping email with tracking.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet — right now it's US addresses only.

Can I return it?

Because every mug is custom-made, we can't take returns, but if it arrives damaged or misprinted we'll make it right. Email hello@puppyonamug.com.
